Mike joined Silverleaf Realty in 2002 as a sales associate and has had prolific sales results during his tenure. He has personally facilitated well over $750 million in transactions in that span in both developer sales and resale properties, including highwater years of 2007, 2021 and 2022 where he procured over $60M in closed sales in each of those years.  Originally hired by renowned developer DMB and Associates to focus on custom homesites and home sales in the Silverleaf community, he and the Silverleaf Realty team have expanded into one of the premier resale brokerages serving the entire Phoenix/Scottsdale market. In the past decade, Mike has averaged over $40 million in annual sales which has earned him a perennial top 20 individual ranking in Valley Realtor production, including several years where he cracked the top 10. In addition to numerous Silverleaf and DC Ranch transactions, he has recorded sales in areas including Paradise Valley, Desert Mountain, Troon, Desert Highlands, Estancia, McCormick Ranch, Grayhawk, Windgate Ranch and Kierland Optima to name a few. His recent sales have spanned from $400,000 townhomes to $10 million estate homes while averaging over $2.4 million per sale. Consistent high-level production has been his trademark, a testament to his dedication to the business and strong work ethic. The hundreds of clients he has worked with have cited his professionalism, responsiveness, business knowledge, trustworthiness, and attention to detail as his strongest attributes. Prior to entering real estate, Mike worked in Operations and Sales at the national headquarters for Minneapolis-based glass company (Apogee/Harmon Glass) in 1992-96 and was also a Marketing and Public Relations Assistant for Minnesota Vikings Football in 1990-91. He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1990 where he was the captain of the golf team and was named Academic All-Big Ten in 1988 and 1989. He later furthered his education in 1995 when he completed his MBA graduate degree at the University of Minnesota.
