The Sterling at Silverleaf provides authentic formal Mediterranean architecture and takes advantage of its prestigious Horseshoe Canyon location by offering both McDowell Mountain and city light views. As a focal entry point to The Sterling's collection of fine residences, the Bungalows feature gracious community landscaping and private courtyards, which complement the neighborhood. Here, homeowners will revel in a sophisticated North Scottsdale lifestyle. All the amenities of DC Ranch's Market Street are nearby, and the private Silverleaf Club and Spa and Village Health Club and Spa are just steps away. Best of all, the Bungalow collection is a perfect compliment to the Canyon Village development, which will offer shopping, dining and private office opportunities.
Living at The Sterling means living in one of the most prestigious and thoughtful communities in the Southwest: Silverleaf. Tucked into the canyons of the McDowell Mountains in North Scottsdale, Silverleaf is a private enclave of custom homesites and intimate retreats. Offering a classically designed Tom Weiskopf golf course, exquisite architecture and world-class amenities, Silverleaf stands alone among private residential properties—catering to the most discerning of clientele.
The Sterling was designed by world renowned architect Bing Hu and his company, H&S International. This group of young, dynamic design professionals is committed to providing its clients with high-quality, value enhancing design solutions within the economic constraints of the project's budget, while remaining sympathetic and compatible with the needs and requirements of the environment, neighborhood, and regulatory agencies. H&S International currently employs a staff of 25 in Scottsdale corporate headquarters, including nine registered architects and three registered structural engineers. H&S International has satellite offices in Beijing, China and Kailua-Kona, Hawaii; totaling a professional staff of 45 people.
From a design standpoint, diversity of H&S in staff and design talent allows the firm to take on many projects of similar scope while creating completely unique projects for each individual client. The company portfolio of work attest to this achievement.
